Torn es una canción de la cantante estadounidense Ava Max. Fue lanzada el 19 de agosto de 2019 a través de Atlantic Records como el tercer sencillo de su álbum debut Heaven & Hell.

Max les dijo a los fanáticos durante un comunicado de prensa que la canción "explora la lucha" entre el amor y el odio, a los que llamó "dos de las emociones más fuertes que sentimos en las relaciones". La canción presenta una muestra de la canción de ABBA Gimme! Gimme! Gimme! (A Man After Midnight).

Max hizo un teaser de la canción en el título de un video publicado en Instagram, preguntando a sus fanáticos si sabían el nombre de la canción que estaba a punto de lanzar.
Los fanáticos pronto encontraron un enlace de pedido anticipado para el sencillo, con Max luego compartiendo la portada y un fragmento de la canción.
Un nuevo modelo del Fiat Panda Trussardi aparece brevemente en el video musical oficial, una parte del cual se usó en comerciales. Max dijo que "quería algo exclusivamente italiano con una rica historia que fuera vanguardista pero elegante. Trussardi era la única opción".
