El 1 de septiembre de 2022, la canción se filtro por completo, junto con varias otras canciones de Diamonds & Dancefloors. El instrumental oficial también se filtró el 18 de septiembre de 2022.
El 23 de febrero de 2023 se lanzó el visualizador completo de esta canción en Facebook, y posteriormente se lanzó en YouTube el 3 de marzo de 2022.
Antecedentes[]
El 24 de julio de 2022, Ava Max publicó fotos en Twitter. Una de las imágenes era un collar de espada, posiblemente insinuando su canción "Weapons". Otra imagen era un montón de dinero, mostrando a "Million Dollar Baby".
El 28 de octubre de 2022, Max hizo un vídeo por primera vez del sencillo a través de una publicación de TikTok que decía: "Escuchando mi próxima canción que publicaré...", a lo que subtituló con "¿W o S?" y una cara de guiño. Al día siguiente, Max volvió a publicar un fragmento oficial a través de TikTok, pero esta vez contenía el audio de la canción y anunciaba la fecha de lanzamiento. Antes del lanzamiento, Max también declaró en una entrevista que su próximo sencillo sería muy inspirador con un mensaje poderoso y es "probablemente una de [sus] canciones favoritas en Diamonds & Dancefloors".
