I've been an administrator on this wiki for a year, and I've been here over two. I've loved my time here and all of the wonderful people I've encountered. However, my life is becoming increasingly busy and I have made the decision to step down from my position as an admin and go on an indefinite haitus. This isn't to say that I won't ever come back or check in, but I definitely will be less active.

I have promoted @Woofenguy as a replacement, so please welcome him to the team and go to him for your questions.

Happy New Year, Avatars!

We've had a few updates on the wiki and in the community, so I'll briefly discuss them here.

"Whatever" with Kygo is out now! This song just hit #1 on iTunes worldwide and has earned Shakira's stamp of approval. Take a listen soon if you can.

I've also made a page by the name of "List of Unknown Songs" for all of the songs we don't know anything about. Feel free to take a peek and/or revise things. The only requirements for songs on that page are that they aren't an upcoming release and we don't have any snippets yet. We're supposed to get more snippets of some D&D outtakes soon, so it'll be updated again once this happens.

In other news, Ava might have just had a hair appointment 👀.

Hey, Avatars! This newsletter is a rundown of all of the new (and old) info that has been brought to our attention, as well as the changes on our wiki.

As you all know, the Diamonds & Dancefloors era has officially ended. This means our page for AM3 has been going through a bit of change, so stay tuned for news on that and please contribute if you find anything worth noting on the page.

Regarding the unreleased album covers, we have made new ones for Heaven & Hell, Diamonds & Dancefloors, and Droplets. You can view these here. Several tracks have also been given their own amazing covers by @/GarfieldMN, so props to them. We have also made pages for a scrapped project of Ava's, a demo, You Know I'm No Good, two H&H outtakes (1; 2), and two D&D outtakes (1; 2), so feel free to read and contribute to them.

I've put together a rough list of policies on our wiki, and I'm sharing them with you guys to get your opinions. If you have any ideas, please reply in the comments section and the admins will go over them. Similarly, I've made an editing guide I'd like input on as well. Please DO NOT pay any attention to the page order, as it is not final and will most likely not be strictly enforced on the wiki. Remember that none of these have been put into motion yet.

Hey, Avatars! Here is an update on our community.

DESIGN & THEME

By now, you've probably noticed the wiki's theme change to match the "Ghost" visualizer. With every visual that releases, the design of the wiki will most likely reflect that. Our Main Page has also gotten a much-needed update (no more right bar!). Some minor CSS changes have also taken shape; namely, the new icons under the "EXPLORE" tab and more modern tabs in "Special:Search". Your thoughts on these changes would be greatly appreciated.

NEW AFFILIATES

Our wiki's affiliates are growing! At the time of making this post, the Madison Beer Wiki has agreed to join us, and we are still waiting on several others. This post will be updated if this occurs.

Hi all,

I, Drew, have once again returned to the Wiki following the increase in hype surrounding Diamonds & Dancefloors and to do some general housekeeping. I have a few things I would like to discuss with you all as well some announcements.

First, I would like to thank you all for continuing to keep this Wiki up to date in my absence, especially the admin team for keeping things in order as the community grows larger.

Second, I want to remind everyone to please cite the information you find with sources as this Wiki is supposed to serve as a database of reliable information. Always proofread your edits and try to leave a summary if possible let others know what changes you have made to a page.

Third, as I am currently planning on redesigning aspects of the community’s theme leading to the new album release, I will be launching polls in the Discussions area where you can all vote on different ideas and suggest some of your own in the comments!

Lastly, I will try to be around more often in the following weeks so expect to see a lot of me. If you ever need help with anything or have questions/concerns feel free to leave a message on my wall and I’ll try to get back to you as soon as possible!

With all of that out of the way, I am happy to announce we have a new admin, User:Daz_beht so feel free to also reach out to them or any of our other admins if you need anything.

Hello all, I am Drew, one of the two bureaucrats for this Wiki, and I am here to provide a quick update to those of you who are or have been active here within the community for the past few months.

First I would like to quickly apologize for my abrupt absence from this space. Due to personal reasons, I was unable to keep up with Fandom and haven't been active for quite some times. I appreciate all of your contributions in my vacancy and am confident in saying that I will be more present here within the coming weeks.

Second, as there are standards that I would like to meet with this Wiki, you will most likely see me going about and making altercations to pages to keep them to an ideal format as well as deleting some that are deemed unnecessary. I apologize for the lack of a detailed format and I hope to provide one for you all soon as well as a community policy.

Lastly, as this community is lacking in its administration, I am open to growing the staff team and would love to converse the idea with some of you if anyone is interested.

Thank you for keeping the community alive and strong and I'm to stick with you all for the release Diamonds & Dancefloors on October 14!
