Madison Emiko Love is an American singer and songwriter.
Association to Ava[]
Max and Love were friends and collaborators in college, and coincidentally, Max signed with APG as an artist not long after Love secured her publishing deal there. Madison had wrote "Sweet but Psycho" around the same time and her publisher, Mike Caren, suggested that Max cut it.[1]
However, in August 2023, Max unfollowed Love on Instagram and began posting about betrayal. While Max did not directly state what Madison Love did, she did hint at it by stating that it had "broken girl code" and said it "shook her inner circle".[2] Love is rumored to be in a romantic relationship with Max's former partner, Cirkut, as he unfollowed Max shortly after the release of "Spot a Fake". "Choose Your Fighter" was the last song that Max released with Love's writing credits.
Max called her ex-best-friend "psycho" on an episode of "Sorry We're Stoned with Tish & Brandi Cyrus", likely referring to Madison, saying what had happened was like a "knife in the back".[3]
