"OMG What's Happening" (often referred to as "OMG") is a song by American singer Ava Max. It was released on September 3, 2020, through Atlantic Records as the seventh single from her debut studio album Heaven & Hell.

On August 31, 2020, Max posted a teaser on her social medias teasing its announcement.[1] Two days later on September 2, she posted the song's official artwork and announced that it would be released the following day, September 3.[2] Just hours before the song's release, Max revealed the official Heaven & Hell track list on her website and social media.[3]

Music video[]
A music video for the song, directed by Hannah Lux Davis, was released on October 29, 2020.[4] It depicts Max in a flaming, cowgirl-esque hat, bikini, gloves, waistband, and pants standing in the back of a car in a desert. At one point, she and her friends stop at a gas station where they meet a man, who later makes out with Max. Another scene shows max in a white crop top and ripped leather pants dancing in a dark, fiery room. Her hair is a gradient from blonde to orange, referencing the album's artwork.
